Your proactive involvement demonstrates the pride owners have in our community. By supporting a shared vision, we’ve taken an important step towards creating a more modern, cohesive and attractive complex that will benefit all owners for years to come.

Owners are choosing to upgrade damaged and aged gutters and downpipes; as well as restore and repaint roof areas. The new range of colours will enable a more modern look with an updated colour scheme that will last long into the future.

By using standard colours from the Colorbond range it removes the need for repainting new gutters and downpipes after installation.
